Every member of the Gent-L-Kleen team as well as our vendors, play a key role in every pound of product we produce. From initial inquiry through final end use, our customers are judging us by our products and service. If we have consistent total quality our customers will continue buying and will tell others good things about us.
Our total quality process will focus on fault prevention, not fault detection and it will include the health and welfare of our team members, our customers, our company, our community, and our environment.
We must never forget that the rewards for second best are far, far less than first place; yet the difference in quality and performance between the first and second place players is a very, very narrow margin. Therefore in order to win each race for business that we enter, we must offer our absolute best quality products and services to assure that it is us, and not our competition who is in first place when it is time to make the sale.
